  *******LOW LIFE WARNING******* I decided randomly one day to accept a loan from them when they sent a check in the mail and noticed they reported to the bureau. At this time I wanted to add an additional account to my credit profile. I didn't accept the loan because I needed the money, I just wanted the account on my credit and that was it!! One day I was going through paperwork and noticed that I had a payment due for them so as anyone would these days I went online to pay it at there website to discover that these people don't offer an online option. I was half way across the country at this point because my job requires me to travel and I'm not home much. I called these people and asked them verbatim in a normal voice "How am I supposed to pay this damn bill" I was irritated by not being able to pay the bill online I admit, but it wasn't evident at that point. The woman there didn't want to hear it and transferred me to the manager who chose to tell me how I'm supposed to conduct myself and that I'm a bad person because I said "damn" and a tyrant of accusations. How dare this woman tell me the customer who I am and how I'm supposed to be. I'm only trying to figure out how to get this money back to them and I'm met with a preaching ignorant woman telling me this and that and I was really upset by this time and she ended up saying after she knew that I was 1000+ miles away that I better be in there that day to pay this bill "or else". I hung up the phone because I'm not listening to that nonsense abuse from a total idiot like her. So, fast forward a week or so I created a payee in my bank that would send them a check through bill pay like 1950. They received a payment from me before it was 30 days late and two days after that a summons was served at my house that I was being sued!?!?!?! This was the "or else" she was talking about all because I said "damn". What we have here is a vindictive, judgemental, malicious, unprofessional manager who thinks it's ok to sue someone when they are not even 30 days late. These people are despicable to me and I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they actually attempted to sue me when I never said I wasn't going to pay them. Beware of these people!! They are predatory!! Now that they filed paperwork to maliciously sue me I want this woman to lose everything and her job I'm so angry at these people!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
