- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm always treated as family at FSCU. It can be very busy, but the staff are always cheerful, even when they are slammed. Standing Ovation to the staff! ***Update*** my debit card was used fraudulently by someone to pay their Comcast bill of $134. I was about to come unglued for the way I was treated at the Comcast office. I went to FSCU Main Branch where Mrs. Debbie made a call to Comcast and was not only told the exact same poor excuse but she was also talked to rudely. She kept cool, called the fraud dept, and I was given the money back right then. No provisional credit, no having to deal with Comcast, and was given a new debit card within minutes.
