- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is inept and incompetent, The bill for several medical providers in this area however the biggest problem they have is that they have no communication skills, poor training, Zero accountability, I have a bill that was paid as agreed, the medical provider made and error and posted this as unpaid then turned it over to this collection agency, after proving that the bill was paid as agreed, the medical provider said there was nothing they could do because it was up to the collection agency. When contacted by us about removing this negative credit item they refused stating they had no way of telling if the bill had been paid as agreed... So I should pay the bill twice to get it off my credit file? Medical providers should carefully weigh doing business with a company that may create more trouble than it is worth.By Thomas Bodetti, February 07, 2017
